Terms of Service
Kryptbox, operated by Elesta Global. Effective July 21, 2026.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kryptbox, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms.
The service
Kryptbox provides a desktop-first AI workspace: chat with agents, local and cloud project tools (including terminal and filesystem access you allow), knowledge vault, calendar and messaging integrations, missions/tasks, and related automation. Some features connect to third-party services (for example Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, hosting and billing providers) that you authorize; your use of those services is also governed by their terms.
Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
- You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
- You are responsible for instructions you give agents and for actions they take with tools you enable (including shell commands, file changes, and third-party APIs).
- Optional secret detection and the local env catalog are best-effort safeguards on the desktop app. They do not guarantee that secrets will never leave your device or that agents will use them correctly. Disabling detection, choosing Send as-is, or using the website may send secrets to our servers and AI providers as typed.
Plans and billing
Kryptbox offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Plan features, AI credit budgets, and storage limits are described on the billing page and may change with notice.
Payments. Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in US dollars (unless otherwise stated). Payment is processed by Stripe. Upgrades open Stripe Checkout (hosted by Stripe). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment flow.
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from Account / Billing) or as otherwise offered in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise; you retain access until then.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we (or Stripe) may retry charging and may mark your subscription past due. We may suspend or limit paid features until payment succeeds. Continued non-payment may result in downgrade to the free tier or termination of paid access.
Fees, taxes, and refunds. Fees are due as shown at checkout. Taxes may be collected by Stripe where applicable. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Plan changes may be prorated according to Stripe's and our checkout settings.
Usage limits. Free and paid tiers include AI credit and storage limits. Exceeding limits may pause or throttle AI features until the next period, you upgrade, or you reduce usage. Credits and limits are not cash and generally do not roll over unless we say otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or limits, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Account deletion and inactivity
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, authentication tokens, personal connections, forum posts authored by you, and related personal data, and we remove your profile photo from our object storage. Workspace content that other members still use may remain.
If an account has not been signed in for twelve (12) consecutive months (measured from last successful login, or from account creation if the account never signed in), we may permanently delete that account and associated personal data — including profile photos — without further notice. Platform operator accounts we designate may be exempt. You can avoid inactivity deletion by signing in at least once within each twelve-month period.
Orphaned profile photo files that are no longer linked to any account may be purged from storage as part of routine maintenance.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe to run. Security features (including secret detection and encrypted local storage) are best-effort and may fail or be bypassed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elesta Global and its founders, officers, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business interruption, security breach, or damage arising from agent actions, tool execution, integrations, or third-party services — even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree that you use agent automation and local tools at your own risk, and that you have reviewed outputs before relying on them in production systems.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations or for prolonged inactivity as described under "Account deletion and inactivity."
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
