Summary

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kryptbox website, store, accounts, and products. If you do not agree, do not use our services or place orders.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and shipping information. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery & shipping

Estimates at checkout. Delivery fees shown at checkout are estimates based on your shipping address and, when available, carrier rate data. If our delivery pricing service is temporarily unavailable, fees may be calculated by region instead of live carrier quotes.

Additional delivery charges. Actual shipping cost may exceed the estimate (for example due to weight, dimensions, remote locations, customs, fuel surcharges, or carrier price changes). By placing an order and accepting these Terms, you agree that we may request an additional payment for delivery before we dispatch your order. If you do not pay a requested additional amount within the time we specify, we may delay, cancel, or refund the order according to our policies.

Taxes. Taxes (including VAT or sales tax) may be calculated at checkout where supported. You are responsible for any duties, import fees, or taxes charged by authorities in your country that are not collected at checkout.

Tracking. When carrier tracking integration is available, tracking may update automatically. Otherwise tracking is provided manually. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Products & availability

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Stock and availability may change without notice; we may cancel or limit quantities if an item is unavailable.

Refunds & cancellations

Refund requests are handled according to our published refund process and applicable consumer law. Digital or customized items, and orders already shipped, may be subject to different rules. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryptbox and its operators, directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that order (excluding any additional delivery surcharge paid separately, unless the claim relates solely to that surcharge).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website, payment systems, email, or third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, events beyond our reasonable control, or your provision of incorrect shipping details.

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by law.
